Kirill returns to the U.S. this fall for performances with the Philadelphia Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra and St. Louis Symphony.October 16th, 2012
November 1-3, Kirill makes his subscription debut with the Philadelphia Orchestra performing Gershwin’s Concerto in F major conducted by Giancarlo Guerrero.
Kirill also makes his subscription debut with the BSO performing Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto and Thomas Adès’ concerto In Seven Days, November 15-17. Then on November 18, Kirill will be joined by Thomas Adès in a performance of Beethoven’s Grosse Fuge transcribed by the composer for piano four-hands, as well as chamber music with the Boston Symphony Chamber Players.
Finally, on November 30 and December 1, Kirill performs the Adès concerto again with the St. Louis Symphony led by David Robertson.
